Family Owned. Gets It Done.
No corporate runaround. Just two brothers who care about doing good work for their neighbors.
Hi, We're Jared & John.
Triad Land WorX is family-owned and operated by brothers Jared and John LaPerchia. We started this company because we were tired of seeing people get ripped off by contractors who overpromise and underdeliver. Our approach is simple: show up, be honest, do great work, charge a fair price.
Every job we take on is a promise — we treat your land like our own and deliver results that last. We're not the cheapest, but we're the ones you'll wish you called first.
We believe in leaving land better than we found it. That means using eco-conscious methods, replanting native species where we can, and building systems that work with the natural landscape instead of against it.
We're also proud supporters of the SPCA Animal Rescue of the Triad. Donate to them and ask us about a discount on your project — it's our way of giving back to the community we love.
